Payments & Deposits
Payments are collected only for confirmed services, consultations, or deposits related to scheduled nanny care. Ladybug Agency does not sell physical products through this website.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Consultation fees may be non-refundable once scheduled or completed.
Deposits may be required to secure service dates. Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing and the service agreement provided at booking.
If Ladybug Agency is unable to provide the agreed service, clients may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion.
For all refund or cancellation requests, clients must contact Ladybug Agency directly.
